    1.  You can contact the Board by selecting such on the Contact Us page.
    2.  You can select the Webmaster on any issues you may have regarding the website and its contents.

  • What is the ARC?
The ARC stands for Architectural Review Committee.  It is a committee consisting of peer comunity members who are reqponsible for reviewing and accepting any modifications proposed to any Maidstone property.  They are appointed by the Maidstone Board and serve for the same length as the Board.  Members contemplating any modifications which require ARC approval must fill out the required forms and submit them to the committee for review.

Assessments
  • Assessment Payment Options
Several types of payment options are provided to pay your assessments.  To view the different type of options, click here.
  • Payment of Assessments
Assessment payments due to Maidstone are due the 1st of the Month of each Quarter of the year.  The current assessment for the year 2011 is $1680 a year payable at $420.00 per quarter.  That means they are due on Jan 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1.  You should make payment by that date.  If you have automatic bank payments insure that you set it up so that the check is received at Lang by the due date.  There is a grace period for emergencies of 10 days.  After the 10 days elapse, that is by the 11th day of the month in which the payment is due, a "late payment fee" will be added to your account and your account will enter delinquent status.  Please avoid this by making your payments be received at Lang by the due date.
