The Board of Directors has the option to contract with a professional management company to handle the day-today operation of the neighborhood affairs and facilities. The current company performing those services is the LANG MANAGEMENT COMPANY. They have been managing our neigborhood since inception and worked with the Developer to be what we are today. The current property manager for our community is Marita Butzbach and Donna Wilson is the Administrative Assistant at Maidstone. The Community Management Team performs the following duties at Maidstone:
- Prepare and send out the annual home owner's assessment statements
- Pay Association bills and maintain accurate and auditable financial records of Maidstone neighborhood business.
- Monitor resident properties for compliance with the Residential Guidelines and send out violation notices.
- Prepare contracts for use with vendors and employees.
- Process and track various forms required of new homeowners, and for selling or renting property within the neigborhood
